The pool, sauna, and Turkish bath at this hotel made for a luxurious experience. We were treated like family and the staff was exceptional. The breakfast was perfect and the restaurant offered impressive meals. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff treated us like family and made us feel at home. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a pool, sauna, and Turkish bath that made our stay luxurious. We were also impressed by the restaurant's delicious meals and breakfast. The location was central and convenient, and the cleanliness of the bedding was top-notch.

I had an amazing time at this hotel with my friends. The location was perfect for us as it was close to seasonal events and offered a great view. We enjoyed the rooftop facilities, clean bedding, and spacious restaurant. The staff was very friendly and made our stay comfortable. Our room was cozy with a comfortable bed, hot shower, and fresh towels.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing since it lacked variety.

Perfect location and great value! The seasonal events and Christmas lights were stunning in the nearby area. The restaurant offered delicious meals and was very impressive. The pool, sauna and other facilities were very luxurious and added to the overall experience.
The hotel is in great need of a renovation. The carpets had stains all over and the shower had no hot water and a broken shower head.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I loved the fact that the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore the vibrant light displays and seasonal events. Another plus was the amazing pool, sauna, and Turkish bath that made my experience truly luxurious. Lastly, I appreciated the delicious breakfast that was offered every morning, setting me off to a great start for the day.
The air conditioning in the room was a bit of a letdown. It made the room really cold, and unfortunately, it couldn't be controlled from the room.
